Burera cottage is a cottage that is located in a land of a thousand hills, At the shores of Lake Burera in Burera district and Ruhondo lake, you can see the twin lakes.
It has 4 rooms (1 twin large size beds and 3 rooms with one large size beds in each) with in-house bathrooms
41 minutes drive/bike from Musanze District office (20.8KM).
A driveway of 2 hours and 30 minutes From Kigali (Nyabugogo).
Reservations cover bed and breakfast.
The way to the cottage from the road is a footpath walk of 10 minutes, you can use a sports bike, a bicycle, and walk.
Payment can be in cash or Momo transfer.

Musanze Town – Head towards the Uganda and Rwanda Border – Turn right to the road heading to NTARUKA Hydroelectric Power – Keep moving in the same street and reach the bridge – keep moving straight to the way that heads to byiza lodge – Stop at the next local center – Turn left in a path between the houses in the centre – This route will take you to the gate of the cottage.
